    Kinvent Rental Extension

    We are pleased to offer an online extension option for our Kinvent rentals.

    Whether you need additional time or wish to continue your time using these biofeedback devices, our flexible rental extension options are designed to accommodate your needs.

    Extend your rental period effortlessly.

    For more information on your current Kinvent rental, please contact our customer service team. We’re committed to providing you with the best care and support throughout your rehabilitation process.

    Collection

    • At the end of the hire period we will make contact with you to arrange collection of the device or to extend the hire period. You also have the option to purchase the unit at the end of your rental period where the total amount you have paid will be deducted from the purchase price. This is arranged on the last day of hire.
    • Your hire period will last for the selected dates and will be collected the day after hire end, for example, if your hire period is from the 06/11/24 – 06/25/24, it will be collected on 06/26/24. We are not able to provide a specific time for collection but the courier will contact you on the day of collection with a morning or afternoon slot for collection.
    • We do ask that on the day of collection (the day after hire end) someone is available at the given address between 9 am and 5 pm.
    • The Kinvent item must be returned with the plug and rental folder.

    Prices for delivery and collection are included in origonal total price. Delivery and collections are made from Monday to Friday only.

    Delivery

    Items are delivered on week days only.  Provided payment has been received by 1.30 pm we should be able to dispatch the same day for delivery the next working day. We do ask that on the day of delivery someone is available at the given address between 9 am and 5 pm. The courier company will endeavour to send an email or text giving more accurate timings on the day of the delivery or collection.

    Collection

    At the end of the hire period we will make contact with you to arrange collection of the device or to extend the hire period. This is usually done on the last day of hire. We can offer an all day or afternoon collection. We do ask that on the day of collection someone is available at the given address between 9 am and 5 pm (or 12pm and 5 pm for afternoon collections). The courier company will endeavour to send an email or text giving more accurate timings on the day of the delivery or collection. Please note that failure to collect the item may result in additional charges.
