It is a night-time orthosis used to ensure the foot is kept in plantar flexion (foot pointed down) for the first 3 months after an Achilles tendon tear. It is the ideal solution as an alternative to the traditional heavy and uncomfortable boot usually prescribed. This orthosis is ideal for the patient’s recovery with multiple advantages:
